MINIMAX doors combine two basic features: minimum price and maximum quality. Thanks to their proven stability as well as aesthetic surface the production of Minimax doors by Porta has reached several hundred thousand pieces. We recommend our perfectly matched door frames for the MINIMAX door leaves. Using complete doors (leaf + door frame) from one manufacturer eliminates assembly problems and minimizes the risk of claims.

DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION

The door leaf consists of a finger jointed softwood or MDF frame filled with stabilizing honeycomb core or reinforced perforated chipboard (option at an extra charge)and covered from both sides with HDF boards.

LEAF EDGE PROFILE

“K” profile leaf edge (white and apple tree) and “R” profi le leaf edge (beech).
Both side edges and the upper edge of the leaf covered with leaf-colored skirting tape.

FINISHING

The leaf is painted with new generation ecological water varnish.
The light frame (made from MDF) and the sash frame (made of PVC) are made in the colour of the door leaf.

• three hinges for a leaf of dimension ”100” and ”110”
• lock: for regular key, bathroom lock or for cylinder insert
• pane pattern (”oak bark“)
• preparation for shortening up to 60 mm
